This message is heavily garbled, however as it has been repeated the two versions together allow
one to almost completely reconstitute the message. The only remaining problem is the 3rd. line on page one where the teleprinter has lost synchronisation and entered into figure shift mode. However,
by carefully analysing the overprinted text and converting the other figure shifted characters to letters I have a good feeling that the 3rd. line is almost 100% correct. It should nevertheless be
kept in mind when analysing this message that the 3rd. line still might contain errors.
